  • Any certification or credential issued must be forfeited.

2.3 Workshops and Live Sessions

For workshops and live training sessions:

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 3-7 days before the event date are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event date are not eligible for a refund, but you may transfer your registration to another person or a future event.

2.4 Subscription Services

For subscription-based services:

  • Refunds are generally not provided for partial subscription periods.
