For our premium courses and certification programs, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee, subject to the
following conditions:

- You must have completed no more than 10% of the course content.
- You must provide a valid reason for the refund request.
- Any certification or credential issued must be forfeited.
2.3 Workshops and Live Sessions
For workshops and live training sessions:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 3-7 days before the event date are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event date are not eligible for a refund, but you may
transfer your registration to another person or a future event.
2.4 Subscription Services
For subscription-based services:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Refunds are generally not provided for partial subscription periods.
- When you cancel, you will continue to have access to the subscription until the end of the current
billing
period.
